Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the commissioning and management of Water Treatment equipment at Municipal and Industrial levels.

You will work closely with our Process Commissioning Lead to ensure the successful implementation of water treatment projects, including drinking water, wastewater, and process treatment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water treatment processes, including coagulation, flocculation, clarification, filtration, UV disinfection, and chlorine disinfection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Design and recommend solutions to engineering problems, taking into account technical, operational, and safety considerations.
  • Handle various chemicals, high-pressure systems, and instrumentation, exercising caution and following established protocols.
  • Carry out laboratory analysis, including TSS, Turbidity, pH, UVT analysis using Hach spectrophotometer.
  • Capture data, develop dashboards, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of field or applied research laboratory experience in chemical process.
  • Proficient with PLC and SCADA systems.
  • Worksite experience with practical knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and control.
  • Training and experience in working at height, and in confined spaces using permit and LOTO systems.
