Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest experience while working to achieve departmental targets.

A Food and Beverage Operative is required to take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.

  • Able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, and Room Service
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
  • Follow cash handling procedures
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working within 4 star hotels or similar businesses is essential for this role
  • You must be living in and eligible to work in Ireland to be considered
