Job Role

We are seeking a skilled dining room team member to join our team. As a proud member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

To prepare dishes or ingredients as directed by the Executive Head Chef or Sous Chef is not part of this role. The main focus is on assisting in alternative sections in the kitchen at the discretion of the Executive Head Chef and preparing dishes for service from start to finish as requested by the front-of-house staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that mise en place is ready in time for service and appropriate for forecasted business levels is not the priority. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, communicating effectively with team members, and adhering to HACCP standards are essential duties.
Key Requirements
  • HACCP certification is required but culinary qualification is not necessary.
