We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an ETF Basket Services Supervisor.
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Portfolio Composition files (PCFs) and Baskets production, as well as completing Transfer Agency Order related activities for clients.
In this position, you will have direct responsibility for overseeing the necessary controls to provide accurate and timely results. This includes reviewing data, assisting in resolving escalated problems, and addressing client concerns/requests in a timely manner.
You will also supervise/manage the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized team of fund administrators and fund accounting support staff. Additionally, you will assist with planning, testing, and implementation of internal and client-driven projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate significant operational issues to Manager.
- IT literate – proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively within a team structure and independently.
- Experience within a similar environment.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
