Project Manager - Rail Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver key railway infrastructure projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage rail infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks proactively to ensure project success.
  • Manage project finances and maintain cost control.
  • Report progress and key project milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the rail sector.
  • Strong understanding of rail infrastructure, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
