Offshore Wind Foundations Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced project leader to manage our Offshore Wind Foundations project team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering, with a focus on FEED and detailed design of Offshore Wind Foundations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the technical delivery of Offshore Wind Foundations projects, including design of all common foundation types for offshore wind turbines and substations. They will also have knowledge of all technical elements of foundation design, as well as effective communication skills in English (oral and written).

The role requires a track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality standards across all stages of the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders, suppliers and partners, leading project teams in the technical execution of the projects, and ensuring state-of-the-art solutions meeting customer needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related engineering discipline
  • Extensive experience in technical delivery of Offshore Wind Foundations projects
  • Knowledge of all technical elements of foundation design
  • Effective communication skills in English (oral and written)
