Senior Engineering Lead for Offshore Wind Foundation Design

As a senior engineering lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of offshore wind foundation design. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering management and is experienced in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical delivery of offshore wind foundation design projects from conceptual phase to commissioning.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and consultants to drive innovation and best practices in foundation design.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with project execution.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related engineering discipline such as mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering.
  • Extensive experience in offshore wind foundation design with a focus on technical delivery and project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software packages such as Autodesk AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and STAAD.
  • Ability to travel frequently to project sites and client locations.
