Our organization is seeking a diligent and meticulous Claims Administrator with medical expertise to fill this key role. As a vital member of our insurance team, the selected candidate will be responsible for meticulously reviewing applications and assessing claims for life and serious illness products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing applications and evaluating claims in accordance with established guidelines and standards
  • Making accurate and timely decisions and clearly explaining them to customers and advisers
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Exhibiting a positive and team-oriented attitude and acting with integrity

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in German language (written and spoken)
  • Experience in underwriting or claims processing for life/serious illness insurance or a medical background
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as good time management and organizational abilities
