Dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist

A dedicated Quality Coordinator is sought to lead quality initiatives across diverse commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with all relevant standards.
- Conduct routine site audits and produce actionable reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor supplier quality standards to ensure raw materials meet project specifications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and support best practices.
- Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process to drive swift resolution of quality issues.
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to QMS requirements.
- Act as the key contact for all quality-related matters and foster clear communication across teams and senior management.
- Promote a quality-first mindset and embed it across the business and project teams.
- Oversee Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) compliance and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Engineering or a related field.
- Have previous experience as a quality advisor or manager on commercial/residential construction projects.
- Have in-depth knowledge of industry standards, building regulations, and QA/QC policies.
- Demonstrate technical ability with a passion for delivering practical, high-quality solutions.
- Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and have experience with Autodesk BIM 360.
