Irish Language Debt Recovery Specialist

This role involves providing high-quality customer service and resolving customer queries related to payments.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in the Irish language, previous experience working in a similar environment, and strong communication skills.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Contact customers who have outstanding debt on their account
- Assist customers by ensuring they are back on track with outstanding payments
- Set up payment plans for customers
- Set up Direct Debits
- Calculate outstanding debt amounts
- Take payments from customers
- Explain debt to each customer and provide a breakdown of their account
As a debt recovery specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong PC and data entry skills, and the ability to use multiple systems at any one time.
You will also need to be proactive and ambitious, with a willingness to develop your role in the future.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike, using empathy and understanding to resolve conflicts and build relationships.
