A distinguished 4-star hotel is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee its day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in managing hotel operations
  • Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve service and revenue targets
  • Maintain high standards across all departments including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and events
  • Drive customer satisfaction and actively manage guest feedback
  • Ensure full compliance with operational procedures and protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager within a 4-star or similar property
  • Proven track record in operational leadership, staff management, and guest service delivery
  • Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and operational controls
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
