Regional Service Manager - Leadership Opportunity

We offer a range of services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing a homely and comfortable community setting.

Our goal is to empower individuals to live full and satisfying lives as equal citizens of their local communities.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a strategic Regional Services Manager to lead our regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage designated centres and intellectual disability services in line with regulations and resources.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and advise on current and future service opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor your team to deliver safe, high-quality services and care in line with our values.
  • Develop new services and enhance existing ones, ensuring governance and compliance across all centres.
  • Oversee working relationships, including PICs, MDT, HIQA, HSE & TUSLA.
  • Ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations, legislation, and organisational policies.
Requirements:
  • QQI L7/8/9 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Management qualification is desirable.
  • 5+ years of management experience in the ID or related sector.
  • Act as PPIM for all services within their remit.
  • Have a proficient working knowledge of the HIQA Standards and Health Act (2007) and associated regulations and guidance; and knowledge of national policies in the disability sector.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Hold a full clean driving license and access to a car.
  • Garda Vetting/Police Clearance.
