Executive Accounting Director

We are seeking a Senior Financial Professional to join our team.
- Responsibilities:
This role will involve managing client relationships, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with the practice team.
- Manage full cycle client relationships across accounts, tax, and audit.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for discussion with clients and partners.
- Assist in budget management of clients' businesses and reconcile performance.
- Develop and maintain key variances and forecasts, reporting results to clients and partners.
- Co-ordinate and lead company audits, providing professional advice on tax planning and efficiencies.
- Develop junior staff, provide guidance and mentorship as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- 8+ years relevant Post-Qualification Accountancy experience
- Previous experience in an Irish Practice firm
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
This role offers:
