Home Care Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide quality care and support in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to our policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year's paid experience in a similar caring role.
  • QQI Level 5 Healthcare Modules, including Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
  • Satisfactory Garda Vetting.
  • A full, clean driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of €14.70, plus premium rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • Mileage/travel time payment at 30c per kilometre.
  • Annual leave entitlement of 8% of hours worked, subject to a maximum of four working weeks per annum.
  • Paid sick leave, paid maternity/paternity leave, and employee assistance programme.
