Care Centre Leader

Our Residential Care Centre in Dublin requires a skilled leader to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Approved Centre, working closely with clinicians and directors to plan and implement effective services.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the centre's operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and national standards.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of service users.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential care management, preferably in a children's setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on quality and safety.
