We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead customer-facing projects and drive impact throughout our customers' organizations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management and change management, with a proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing time-bound customer-facing projects from initiation to closure
  • Effectively managing project scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and close-out
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders within Customer Success, Sales, Content, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with both Udemy and customer management teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a customer-facing project manager or implementation manager for a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated history in project management and change management
  • Ability to develop and maintain a passion for the customer's vision with our internal team
  • Experience working with large enterprise-level customers and navigating complex organizational structures
