
Customer Success Project Lead

This role is a pivotal part of ensuring the success of customer implementation projects.
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of implementation projects for customers, from inception through to completion, ensuring they exceed expectations and are delivered on time and budget.
The role requires a strong balance of leadership, excellent communication skills, and advanced project management capabilities. To be successful, you must be a capable leader, steering project teams and customer engagements towards exceptional outcomes.
A key aspect of this role is managing customers through implementation projects, particularly those based in the UK & Ireland. You will act as the lead point of contact for our customers when they engage with our Professional Services team.
You will identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution and proactively lead on finding and implementing solutions. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to ensure projects align with both client objectives and internal goals.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for individual project profitability, with an understanding of internal revenue targets. You will lead commercial discussions with customers to expand existing services engagements and occasionally support pre-sales teams in scoping and shaping future services projects.
To succeed in this role, you will have 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering technology or software projects. You will also have experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in a technology company or Professional Services environment.
