We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store appearance and presentation.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including window displays, shop floor layouts and product presentations.
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by suggesting and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop knowledge of products and services offered by the company, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
