Customer Service Advisor

Main Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and bookings for service or repair work
- Determine workshop availability using our booking system
- Liaise with colleagues regarding job details and any other queries
- Contact customers after they have taken delivery of their vehicle to discuss satisfaction levels
- Capture, record, and update customer information in our Keyloop DMS and supporting technologies
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Technical knowledge from a motor industry background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient time management and teamwork abilities
