About the Role

The Customer Experience team is responsible for delivering a superior user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving.

  1. Engage with buyers and sellers in a customer-centric manner to ensure a positive experience.

  3. Become an expert in Whatnot's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for users.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.
  5. Pursue opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and enhance the overall customer experience.
About You

You will thrive at Whatnot if you possess a low ego, a growth mindset, and a willingness to take on any role or task. We're seeking a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Fluency in English and French, with an understanding of the French Market.
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
  • Experience with Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
  • A commitment to customers and delivering excellent service.
  • A proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
  • Knowledge of Collectibles is beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous start-up experience is advantageous.
