- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
- Weekend availability required.
- Fluency in English and French, with an understanding of the French Market.
- Familiarity with Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
- Experience with Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
- A commitment to customers and delivering excellent service.
- A proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
- Knowledge of Collectibles is beneficial.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous start-up experience is advantageous.
