Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist the senior project manager with day-to-day project coordination and administration tasks, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Support in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records, using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project software experience.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Site Meetings and Reports: Assist in site meetings and preparation of reports, maintaining a professional and organized approach.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction project support or coordination is highly advantageous.
  • Organisational and Communication Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project software experience is desirable.
  • Qualifications: Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
