Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the growth of our international division as a Human Resources Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR practices, organizational risk analysis, and employee relations.

About the Role

This is a key position within the organization that requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating feedback, driving process improvements, and ensuring leadership understands their role in achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Culture Development:
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
    • Implement strategies to enhance organizational culture and improve overall employee experience.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address labor relations matters, mediate workplace issues, and maintain strong relationships with trade professionals.
    • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, performance management, and applicable laws.
  • Training and Development:
    • Design and implement training programs in coordination with corporate initiatives.
    • Coaching and advising management on HR policies, procedures, compensation, and benefits.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the AEC industry or related professional services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Integrity: Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of compensation practices, organizational risk analysis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
