As a Strategic HR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business growth. This challenging and rewarding role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and implement solutions that meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive team to align HR policies with financial and operational objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee relations matters, including grievances and disputes.
  • Support Operations Manager in ensuring HR-related compliance within service operations.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction programs.
  • Develop structured training and professional development programs.
  • Develop mental health and well-being programs to support staff in high-pressure roles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management in social care or charity sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, safeguarding regulations, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
