We are seeking a compassionate professional to join our team in Cork's Glenville location, working together to deliver exceptional care within a residential service for vulnerable young individuals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care or related field.
  • Valid full driver's license (Ireland).
  • Proficiency in Irish National Standards for Children's Residential Centres.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
