The Transport Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting patients through the provision of a volunteer-delivered transport service. Your key responsibilities will include receiving and collating referral information from partner hospitals, processing patient referrals, and ensuring the patient database is up-to-date.
You will work closely with the Patient Transport Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
