Employee Experience Specialist

The successful candidate will support all aspects of the HR function, ensuring excellent employee experiences through onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment, employee induction, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Lead recruitment processes for indirect groups and provide support for direct employee group recruitment as necessary.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage employee benefit programmes with external vendors.
  • Report HR metrics for weekly and monthly management meetings.

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in HR or CIPD qualification is essential.
  • 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Experience in unionized environments is advantageous.
