This leadership role presents an extraordinary opportunity to drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of a significant business unit.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of the organization including strategic management, manufacturing operations, R&D, commercial, supply chain, quality, compliance, environmental management, financial management, supplier engagement, customer relations, and partner relations.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or Agriculture is required.
- Significant senior operational and commercial experience within the food industry, preferably in dairy food manufacturing, is essential.
- Proven track record of building and delivering strategies based on market knowledge and research.
- Experience and knowledge of food production processes, ideally dairy, with strong financial acumen are required.
- Proven ability to manage and develop people, creating a positive work culture.
- Strong customer focus with positive relationship management of global and local B2B clients.
- Ability to develop and grow relationships with suppliers, especially in the Agri sector.
- Excellent communication skills with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ambition and ability to deliver targets, part of the leadership team shaping the future of an evolving business.
