Job Title: Environmental Leadership Manager

Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead environmental and safety initiatives at a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. As an Environmental Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote sustainability, safety, and compliance. Your expertise in EH&S management will enable you to drive innovation while ensuring responsible practices are embedded throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute site-wide EHS plans, staying ahead of industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Design engaging training programs to equip team members with the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely and confidently.
  • Oversee audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness to ensure the site is ready to respond to any situation.
  • Analyze incident data to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to reduce risks and create smarter processes.
  • Evaluate new technologies and processes to ensure they align with company goals and values.
  • Champion environmental initiatives, waste management, and compliance with pride.
  • Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate EHS objectives with business success.
  • Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of safety across the site.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing (3+ years in leadership), preferably in a regulated or high-tech industry.
  • Track record of delivering results in EHS, from compliance to culture change.
  • Strong stakeholder and leadership skills: ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate at every level.
  • Experience working with regulators and implementing world-class EHS systems.
  • Tech-savviness, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
