Key Responsibilities- Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across all service lines.
- Provide expert EHS guidance and support to operational teams.
- Review, implement, and maintain site-specific health and safety policies.
- Deliver effective training and promote understanding of safety requirements.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and site walks to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all incidents and near misses are reported promptly and fully investigated.
- Develop and maintain risk assessments and safe working procedures.
- Collaborate with the wider HSEQ community to share best practice and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare monthly performance updates, tracking key metrics such as KPIs and Lost Time Injury Rates (LTIR).
- Level 8 diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience with risk management, audits, and incident investigations.
- Commercial awareness and ability to support business continuity planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency situations outside standard hours.
