Job Description:

As a Senior Agency Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Agency business globally. You will oversee our in-market Agency Sales teams in key European markets, including Germany, The Netherlands and The Nordics.

The role will be based in Dublin but will involve regular travel to support your teams in the markets you cover. You will leverage your executive relationships across the Agency ecosystem and your Pinterest ad platform expertise to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts and drive revenue growth.

Working closely with your teams, you will help scale education and product knowledge among Agency partners. This includes educating them on how to leverage Pinterest's paid and organic solutions to meet their clients' goals.

You will also work as the intersection between our Global Agency leadership and your in-market teams to ensure clear and actionable go-to-market strategies and Action Plans are developed with all core Agencies.

Key Responsibilities include: Drive incremental revenue growth from Agencies in market; Build relationships at C-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform; Manage, develop, motivate and grow Agency sales teams across your key markets; Partner closely with Pinterest Sales Managers and leadership to execute agency strategy in conjunction with Enterprise and SMB sales teams' priorities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years Digital advertising agency and/or Agency Sales experience, working specifically with media agencies to deliver quarterly revenue targets
  • 10+ years experience leading, developing and building high performing teams
  • Demonstrative capabilities in implementing sales strategies into the holdco and opco level of a media agency network, showing a strong understanding of agency operating models and structures
