**Job Title:** Director of Quality Assurance

This role is a senior management position within the Services Controls and Issue Management organization.

We are looking for a Director to provide independent and objective assessment on the effectiveness, quality, and timeliness of remediation of high severity issues. The role holder will be responsible to advise and support Issue Management teams on effective design and implementation of issue remediation plans.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities include leading and ensuring on-time execution of comprehensive QA reviews across assigned portfolio of High Severity issues, creating and maintaining consistent and best in class QA protocols, driving robust challenge enabling stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions, and publishing quality and on-time QA status reporting.

We require the ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls, demonstrate sound business judgment, and have an in-depth understanding of Citi's businesses and functions and their risk profiles.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in risk management and compliance with expertise in regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with strong leadership skills.
