
Paediatric Home Care Services Manager

This role offers a unique chance to lead a team in a home care setting, providing clinical guidance and oversight to ensure exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client caseloads and staff, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and achieving excellence in nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of clients and their families.
- Deliver Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff nurses, promoting professional growth and development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, staff nurses, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and develop business cases to support these initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to roster staff and provide support as needed.
- A passion for nursing and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
- The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Children's Nursing or RGN with significant paediatric experience.
- Community and paediatric experience are crucial, along with NMBI registration.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel are required.
- A post-registration qualification in healthcare management or business is desirable but not essential.
- Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
