Human Resources Administrator
About the Role:This 10-month contract is a Dublin-based Hybrid opportunity.
- Create a seamless on-boarding process for new joiners, ensuring an enjoyable experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, consistently delivering superior experiences and earning trust by making a positive impact in customers', colleagues', and communities' lives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive success.
- Maintain accurate processes and guidelines.
- Support the broader HR team and cross-functional projects.
- Undertake ad-hoc project work and other tasks as required.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant HR legislation.
- Contribute to effective data metrics and analysis, service level agreements, and key performance indicators for HR.
- Promote a risk-aware culture aligned with the company's risk appetite.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
- Complete new joiner contracts and support payroll processing.
- Follow established procedures for HR file maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
- A proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- A clear track record of working effectively in situations requiring sound decision-making and handling confidential or sensitive matters.
- A solid understanding of current employment legislation and compliance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to use judgment to identify and resolve problems.
