The Performance-Driven Culture Manager will play a key role in shaping our Global Connectivity Division. Responsibilities include designing sales quotas, developing incentive plans, and ensuring accurate commission payouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop quota models by segment and region; establish sales baselines; adapt quotas based on organizational changes.
  • Build annual compensation plans aligned with sales objectives; implement quotas with CRM systems; manage commissions and payout models.
  • Lead account and territory management; analyze KPIs; respond to sales inquiries.
  • Develop performance standards; support global account programs for consistency and clarity.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales operations or finance, ideally in high-growth B2B environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.
  • Attention to detail, financial integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Collaborative, responsive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
