Global Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing logistics team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in international trade and freight forwarding. You will receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in coordinating the movement of goods across global supply chains via air, sea, road, and rail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the coordination and management of international and domestic shipments.
  • Supporting the preparation of shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Liaising with carriers, shipping lines, and customs brokers to track and manage shipments and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Inputting and updating shipment details into freight management systems and communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any logistical issues.
