Job Description

As a Senior Laboratory Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving analytical excellence and quality control operations. You will be responsible for executing complex analytical procedures, maintaining relevant SOPs, and collaborating with digital teams to build and maintain QCL systems.

Key responsibilities include reporting results into computer storage systems, performing testing using automated systems, qualifying analytical instruments, and developing new methodologies. You will also be involved in deviation investigations, environmental health and safety procedures, and inventory management of chemicals and supplies.

Furthermore, you will assist in training other personnel, adhere to safety procedures, display high integrity, and relate well to colleagues within and outside the laboratory area.

Additionally, you may be requested to participate in or lead continuous improvement projects, such as Six Sigma initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytical Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology) with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality control operations, including techniques like immunoassays, quantitative PCR, chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, and spectroscopy
  • Proficiency in multiple instrument platforms (e.g., Agilent, Beckman Coulter, Sciex, Molecular Devices, Applied Bioscience) and associated software applications
