We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise in our software products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product suite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and managing expectations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge articles related to customer-reported problems.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with other teams to implement changes enhancing the customer experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience providing enterprise application software support in Java for a B2B software company.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience in documenting technical solutions.
