Disability Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to join our team, providing in-home support services to individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to empower them to live independently and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing support services that promote community inclusion, independence, decision-making, and personal choice. This may involve assisting with daily living activities, PEG feeding, manual handling, and supporting clients in participating in social, recreational, and community activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of individual support needs and be able to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing situations.
