We are seeking a Technical Incident Management Lead to join our Production Services Operations Team at CPL. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, triage, and incident management of the SiriusXM Consumer Brands, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for guiding all problems through the incident management process, from problem intake to resolution validation
  • Daily technical operations, software deployments, system alarm management, operational record keeping, and documentation maintenance
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts across the organization to drive continuous improvement

Requirements and General Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
