At Ryanair, we are seeking a highly skilled Airline ID Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our crew identification processes.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of crew identification, including enhanced background checks and ID validation. As a key point of contact, you will work closely with regulatory authorities, airports, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international aviation security regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Enhanced Background check regulation for the Ryanair Group.
  • Centralised contact for all regulatory authorities, airports, national authorities, Ryanair security team & Inflight/Flight Ops teams.
  • Drive digital improvements through SAP to log all crew ID/Airport ID validity/expiry dates including standard/enhanced background check data & joiner/leaver process.
  • Project holder for Crew/Airport ID integration into Ryanair Connect.
  • Manage communications through Fleethub on Crew/Airport IDs.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Crew ID/Airport ID process in each Ryanair Group AOC & country/airport specific.
  • Manage relationship with 3rd party service providers.

  • Good knowledge of the aviation sector.

  • Excellent organisational skills to include Excel.
