**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking a skilled ID Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining crew identification processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain accurate records of crew identification documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless access and identification for crew members.
- Assist in the issuance of ID cards and monitor databases related to crew identification.
- Provide support for crew members regarding ID-related queries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in aviation or a similar industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience with ID systems or access control systems would be an advantage.
