**Role Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the identification and administration processes for our 24,000+ crew members across the group airlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  1. Managing and maintaining Crew ID documentation and ensuring accuracy in records.
  2. Coordinating with various departments and authorities to ensure all crew members have the necessary identification and access.
  3. Assisting in the issuance of ID cards.
  4. Monitoring and updating databases related to crew identification.
  5. Providing support for crew members regarding ID-related queries and issues.


**Requirements and Skills**

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in aviation or a similar industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
