Person Support Worker Job Summary

As a Person Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live a meaningful life of their choice. Working closely with clients in their own homes, you will foster positive relationships, enable and empower them to have control over their lives, and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver tailored supports.

  • Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Working with vulnerable or marginalized people in various settings
  • Knowledge of intellectual disability, autism, and/or social care sector principles
  • High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT Skills
