About the Role:

This position involves providing support to service users in their daily activities, fostering active citizenship through community partnerships and collaborations.

  • Transport service users to access community resources and services
  • Develop personalized plans that cater to individual needs and goals
  • Support the delivery of these plans, ensuring seamless execution and excellent outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a relevant QQI qualification - minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
  • Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full clean manual driving license with access to own vehicle for work purposes
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
