Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel front office management, preferably in boutique or luxury properties.
  2. Proven track record in revenue management and commercial acumen.
  3. Strong knowledge of Dublin's hospitality market and competitor landscape.
  4. Experience with listed/heritage buildings and facilities management.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  6. Excellence in guest service and complaint resolution.
  7. Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, and revenue management systems.
  8. Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
