Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead compliance and governance across residential care centres.

The Quality Manager will work closely with directors, centre managers and external agencies to ensure best practice, risk management and continuous improvement across all services.

This role is primarily remote, with weekly travel required to residential centres in the Cavan area.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement quality management systems
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures

Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience as a quality manager in a similar environment

Education

  • Degree in a related field such as business administration or healthcare

Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
