We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee daily operations of the Bakewell unit, ensuring compliance with company standards in food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell unit, ensuring compliance with company standards in food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Lead and manage a team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Can-do attitude with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
