We are seeking a professional to support the delivery of digital services. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations and customer service management, with strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the senior manager as a contact for business partners regarding IT services within the portfolio.">
  • Handle critical issues, communicate incidents, and provide resolution details.">
  • Communicate regular updates to business partners on the status of services, including incidents, problems, changes, requests, and service availability metrics.">
  • Contribute to and present agreed service reports at service reviews and governance meetings.">
  • Collaborate and engage with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver quality services to customers.">
