Technical Support Manager

As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services across your assigned customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of service delivery, including contract management and relationship building with third-party organizations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that required support is provided to customers.
  • Serve as an escalation point for service delivery issues and ensure resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Develop business relationships with decision-makers to deliver short-, medium- and long-term business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong and trusted relationships with customers' staff to enable retention and growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in technical support or a related field.
