Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resource Clerical Officer to join our team in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility, and promoting a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing and issuing office documentation.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met and service levels maintained, while maintaining confidentiality of documentation.
  • Support the preparation and issuing of office documentation, including correspondence, reports, and other materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within a HR environment.
  • An understanding of HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
